2008-2009 RATES beginning Sept. 1, 2008:
Summer (Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day): $2,250 per week (up to 10 people) $375 per night (2 night minimum)
Winter/Spring/Fall: $1,500 per week (up to 10 people) $250 per night (2 night minimum)
Extra Person charge: $100/wk $25/day each person (12 max.)
Reservation Policies SUMMER: -50% Reservation Deposit required to hold reservation -Balance Due by May 1 ALL OTHERS: -50% Reservation Deposit required to hold reservation -Balance Due upon arrival
Security Deposits:
-$500 Security Deposit required upon arrival
-fully refundable following an inspection
Cancellation Policies: -Reservation deposits are fully refundable only if a replacement renter is obtained, otherwise non-refundable
-Special "Snowmobile-friendly" Policy (Dec. - Mar.):
Reservation Deposits are fully refundable due to INSUFFICIENT SNOW if trail conditions on the
"St. Germain Bo Boen Trail Conditions" web site are reported as fair or worse. Renters must initiate
cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date in order for the owners to verify conditions and
grant a refund.
General Policies: In order to ensure a wonderful experience for every guest:
-We're sorry, but NO PETS
-NO SMOKING allowed inside the cabin
-All cigarette butts must be PROPERLY DISPOSED OF
Enjoy convenient trail access right out the door! Dam Lake is located directly on the famous Bo-Boen system, with over 500 miles of groomed trails from Minocqua to Eagle River and more. Two natural wood, river stone fireplaces will warm you up after a day on your sleds. Firewood is included.
